Good afternoon parents and guardians.  Happy new year and I hope this email finds you well.  I am writing to inform you of an issue that has recently come to our attention involving the creation of  multiple tik tok "fan page" accounts  that reference or depict members of our teaching staff.  It has been reported that these accounts have been created by students.

While we recognize that social media is a common part of students’ lives, creating or participating in online content that targets individuals, whether students or staff, is unacceptable and contrary to our school’s code of conduct. Such actions can have serious emotional, professional, and legal consequences for those involved.

We ask for your support in speaking with your child about responsible digital behavior, including:
  • Using social media respectfully and ethically
  • Understanding that online actions have real-world consequences
  • Refraining from posting, sharing, or engaging with this content
  • Reviewing accounts created by your child or those which they follow
  • Removing any of these accounts from your child's social media platforms
We appreciate your partnership in helping ensure a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all members of our school community. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the school administration directly.

Thank you for your attention and collaboration.
